Technical Department

Our Technical Department comprises of well-experienced and well-trained team of Engineers, trained by the Equipment Manufacturers and brand name developers in their fields of operation to ensure efficient and prompt diagnosis of clients’ complaints and provide immediate solutions.

The team has a wide experience in desktops, IBM, HP/COMPAQ and DELL servers, Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN), installed in Kampala and other districts of Uganda. We have concentrated on their set up and installation to enable smooth operation of these systems, enhance data retrieval process, maintenance and support. The Engineering department in conjunction with the sales department draws and identifies the networking infrastructure for the client to ensure efficient, cost-effective share of resources within and outside offices with no compromise on quality and speed (see engineering profile).
