The company endeavors to keep minimum stocks of fast moving spare parts like the Hard disks, CD-ROMs, Batteries for UPS, VGA Cards and Fly backs for Monitors etc. to a tune of up to a minimum of US $2,000, in cases where the spare parts are out of stock, we guarantee a 2 to 3 weeks delivery from our suppliers and immediate fixing of the fault diagnosed (in such circumstances the company may give stand-by units to keep the client going and reduce on down time).

Overall we guarantee a solution within 4weeks and where no solution is found to fix the fault within the four weeks, the equipment is returned to the customer at no charge.
